I give this Sonic location 2 1/2 stars out of 5. I’ll start with the positive, as I have been here many times and have never experienced a wrong order or poor quality food (hopefully not jinxing). I have even door dashed and received all of my items in the quantity and quality that I have asked, if I needed special things done (like easy ice), those wishes were always granted.
Now with the bad, the actual look of this location is not good. Many of the stalls are empty or broken leaving the options to order to mainly be through the driveway or the app. If you do choose to order from one of the few stalls that actually work, good luck, as there have been many times where I’ve been left waiting after pressing the button to order. Or someone will answer, take your order, then you will never hear from them again. Once I waited so long that I pulled into the drive thru as I had already paid as I had been forgotten about. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at this location and that they prioritize mobile/doordash orders.
I would strongly suggest ordering on the app, going through the drive thru using DoorDash if you want to get food from this location in a timely manner. But never ever sit at the stall. Such a huge shame but I doubt corporate cares.

i went to grab some food after work for me and my husband and the service was fine. what really was the kicker was at the bottom of my husbands sweet tea cup was lint and something looking like a chunk of food floating at the bottom after he drank majority of his drink which grossed us both out.

We came in around 9:30 PM with a group of about 20 people for spring break and sat on the patio. Ordering all at once was definitely a bit chaotic, and we know we were a lot to handle—but the guy taking our order was incredibly kind and patient the entire time. I even apologized, and he just smiled and said he understood. That level of customer service really stood out. On top of that, the ice cream was amazing. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service, I went on a Monday and everyone had their order taken except me. I was there for over 15 minutes before I had to place an online order

This location has taken a bit of a downward turn of late. Many of the parking spots have broken computer ordering screens, or the systems have been ripped out entirely. The last two times I've come here, I've been served burned hot dogs. One was completely charred. I hope this location experiences better times, because hot dogs and drive-in (not simply drive-thru) restaurants are an important piece of Americana and an essential element of American society.
