  The food is usually really good at any of the Qdoba I go to but sometimes service can be subpar. This location has a nice clean building and fresh ingredients, they had a good selection of additions but they didn't go out of the way with the normal upbeat friendly service that I see. First off, as soon as I told the girl what I wanted and I have Alpha Gal so no cheese or mammal she did a very loud scuff and changed her gloves (which is protocal) like it was an inconvenience to her. Now, knowing I'm allergic to anything mammal (most places including other Qdobas, they'll get my food from a fresh container to cut down on cross contamination) and asking her to make sure there's no pork or beef mixed with the chicken as it happens when they're in a hurry and it falls off the scoop into other food. She said that it was only chicken in there. I finished getting the toppings and went to check out and the guy asked if I had a chicken bowl and I told him it was chicken nachos. Not sure if he didn't know how to put that in or not but he rang it up as a chicken bowl with a side of chips. This was way more than just the normal nachos but of course I didn't realize it until I had left and looked at the receipt. Now like I said, the food is pretty much great no matter where or what time I go but as I am eating it- I spot beef pieces in it and not just 1 or 2. It was more like a 60% chicken and 40% beef and I have already eaten almost half of it. Yes, I did have a reaction from it and ended up in the hospital ER. Yes, I know that's a chance I take when I'm eating out but when I am 2+ hours from home it makes it difficult to get my food. If you are looking for good fast food, this is a good place to eat for sure but if you are like me and have any kind of allergies, this is not the place to go. This makes me sad because I have always loved eating here but I can't trust or depend on the staff to be careful enough with the food preparation and see that it's safe. I will not be eating at any Qdoba going forward, not just because of the allergies but also that it was so easy for 1 employee to overcharge me and the other acted annoyed with my request. We also went at a time that they were not busy so, it shouldn't have been such a dramatic ordeal to accommodate me. I was so disappointed with the staff and the fact I had to toss out more that half of my food plus having a reaction to it.

  I guess I have to admit that Qdoba is not what it used to be. Sadly, Chipotle has taken over. I like Qdoba because of the flavor and the free guac and queso, but the flavor is not there anymore. It's not even worth it to be cheap. I should have went with my first mind to go to Chipotle and not been cheap, but I'm glad to know that you'll need to revamp some stuff or else it'll be a thing of the past. There is literally nobody in there so the food is sitting for God knows how long, and it looks old because it hasn't been touched frequently and replenished because there's no business. 😔
