    Asked for chicken on bowl and employee said they were out. Told them we would wait but they just gave us the bowl immediately and left. Also, we asked for double portions but they gave us barely a single portion of food.

    Every time I go they don’t have veggies. I’ve left multiple complaints. Workers don’t have a care in the world which is a representation of this location. Clearly training is lacking.

    Terrible management. The manager there is incredibly rude and unprofessional towards customers. He started cussing and complaining about having to give me a refund after a mistake they made. Not only that, but after handing me my receipt, he didn't say have a good day or anything, just stared at me like I was crazy. Also, I am over this location, each time I order here there is some kind of issue- whether they forget a topping or completely mess up ny order. Will not return to this location. The one on Manchester has much better service.
