Drink refills are more of a self-reflection exercise than a provided service, and getting attention requires advanced flag-down skills. Bonus points for the entertainment policy: they weren’t *sure* they could turn on a SLU basketball game because they once got a bad Google review about not having music on at a sportsbar. Bold operational strategy there. Cold wings, mystery policies, and a hide-and-seek style of customer service — highly recommended if you enjoy dinner with a side of confusion and endurance training.
