Some of us don't live a hop, skip and jump away... My closest location is 45 min and I'm a Christmas Eve baby. So, making it to one of your stores during Christmas week isn't easy!

We are at the one on Watson multiple times a week. We have been to this one three times with issues every time. And no the lines are not an issue. They have double tapped our gift cards so that a $25 gift card is wiped out with two drinks, they have lost our order somehow and had to make drinks after we were holding the line up for a long time at the window. They did not know what to do. They have given us the wrong drinks, and they tell us we have to pay for cold foam on top of the brew frosting it is on the picture and we are not charged for that at any of the other locations. We just got home from the Watson location and asked the lady and she said the cold foam is included. Again we love 7-brew but we have decided we will never go back to this location. Maybe they are just opening too many of these too fast, but this location is a mess. Stay away.
