All I did was ask the cashier to make sure a kids quesadilla was in the bag before I left — pretty basic stuff. Instead of just checking, she questioned me like I made it up and asked if I even ordered it. That’s not customer service. That’s just attitude. If verifying an order is too much to ask, something’s wrong. Do better.

I stopped going to this location 2 years ago and today I went thinking something might have changed but not at all the rice was so crunchy it’s like eating nuts.
