  Something has happened recently where it's taking absolutely ages for orders to arrive. When you enter the store, staff are playing games at the table while orders need taken and made. I placed an order an hour ago, which has yet to arrive, despite it saying that it was out for delivery 30 minutes ago. I used to really love eating here but it's such a hassle anymore.

  Made me wait 45 minutes for a for stale bread 2 pieces of meat and a sliver of a tomato. If I could give Zero stars I would.

  I ordered a pickup/carryout and forgot to add provolone to one of the sandwiches. I got there before they started making my order but the guy with red hair/beard told me he can’t do anything about it. I asked him to let me pay for it for them to add it and he said they cannot do that. I asked if they could ring me up just for the provolone and give it to me to put on the sandwich at home. Nope. Also told they have no way to ring up just cheese. So the guy was unfriendly, unhelpful, and just all around not very useful. I’m pretty sure there’s a way they could’ve helped me, but they chose to do nothing to help my situation. The food is good here, but the service sucks. God forbid you make a mistake on your order. No way to fix it once you pay for it. Sounds like BS and just laziness. Thanks for nothing, Jimmy John’s.

  Spent $30 with tip for a meal combo and 1 more sandwich. Both sandwiches were wrong. One wasn’t even toasted, the chicken was cold. My daughter was very upset. My chicken bacon ranch was made wrong and bread was extremely dry… like it was more than 2 days old. Have never had this bad of an experience with them.
