  Made a mobile order about an hour before I was going to pick it up. I come in, my sandwich isn’t ready. The young boy said he tried calling me to ask which bread I wanted since they were out of italian herbs and cheese. I looked at my call log, and no, i did not receive a call. Anyways, I wait. He proceeds to make 2-3 other sandwiches as I wait for mine. My sandwich is finally made 10 minutes later. I said “Thanks guys!” at least twice, and was completely ignored. I go to eat my sandwich. I look and basically half of the bottom bread is missing. Very thin bread. Picture is attached. Very disappointed in the service provided. I don’t appreciate being lied to or ignored.

  No soft pretzel. Said they were out for at least six months and that there toaster oven was down for a year now so they couldn't toast them even if they did have them. The place looked trashed almost and had a weird smell. Had to talk first before they recognized me even though I was the only one there and the employees looked like they was not to bite your head off. Very unprofessional. Sorry place and I love Subway.

  Worst subway ever employees just throw the sandwich together and get up set when you don’t want it toasted when you order a sandwich we’re the meat has to be heated. This subway is just plain garbage better off making the trip to the south subway in my opinion.
