  Tried one of the items and was burnt and super messy. Got my usual taco and it was put upside down in the bag/wrapper, needless to say it was a mess.

  I'm not sure if its because their district manager was there, or if a switch flipped in the management but this is by far the BEST Tacobell I've had in a very long time. Everything I ordered was fresh, hot, and amazing. Even the Nacho fries (which are usually soggy for me) were crispy, hot, and fresh which is a rare occurrence for me. You guys ROCKED it tonight! Keep up the good work!
