  Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget recieved 3, ordered 8 PC tater tots received 7, my medium fry is smaller than a small and the employee at the counter had the audacity to tell me they were hiring and offer 16 an hour. Went to counter to complain and no one was willing to come speak to me. Enture store reaked of burning weed and when i loudly complained about it the cashier laughed and walked away from the counter. It smelled like someone lit a joint right behind us and we were the only family there. I GET MIGRAINES FROM WEED! My 3 year old said it stinks in here and refused to finish her dinner! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! while waiting for food we learned they were messing up back to back drive through orders and didnt care to make it right. Id like a refund immediately because this is absolute bull WE THREW MOST OF THE FOOD AWAY IN STORE AND LEFT. It wasnt worth exposing two small children to Marijuana burning by the same cashier who cant be bothered to close a door before getting high in the kitchen

  1/30/26 11:00 am. Your kiosks dont work! I stood there for what seemed to be eternity and watched a cashier fix a large pick up order. I finally said wouldnt it be a great idea to ring me up so the 5+ people that were talking about non related stuff pertaining to BURGER KING could possibly start my order? She threw down what she was working on with attitude and took my order. I still waited an additional 12 minutes for my food as only one person broke away from the chatting group. When I finally got my order that cashier was still working in the pick up order from 20 minutes ago. TEAMWORK definitely does NOT exsist. My food was cold especially the fries. If your sales are down you may want to take a look at your staff. Pictures of those people are below!!!

  To busy doing everything but there jobs waited 20+ mins for the front staff just standing there not doing anything and when asked had a attitude quiet don’t say much but that was just ridiculous

  Food was under cooked and sloppy. Service was slow and threw the food away shortly after leaving the drive thru. Would not stop here. I don't normally leave a bad review, but this was horrible.
