Customers should be made aware if something is not available (like all soda) before purchase. Ordered crinkle fries but received curly fries. The lady at the counter quickly replaced, but with a bare minimum of crinkle fries. Customer service could be improved.

Upon opening my sandwich I noticed it was missing ingredients (the crispy onions) I had to all but argue to get the lady (in a gray shirt, everyone else had black) with no name tag just to get what I paid for! When I mentioned my sandwich was room temp and cold she just shrugged her shoulders!! What a shame ...
