  Waited a while with no response when we arrived, Missed up our order, after waiting 15 more mins . We only ordered 3 drinks… and bad customer service.

  sonic has the best drinks at a very low price .either happy hour 1 to 3 or ordering on the app they r half price!!!! slushes also..the best?!!

  I'm really frustrated with the Sonic in this town constantly messing up our mobile orders, especially when we specifically ask for "light ice." Every single time, it’s like they just ignore that request and fill the cup halfway with ice, leaving hardly any room for the actual drink. It’s honestly a waste, and I’m tired of having to deal with it. I get that kids might be working there, but that’s not an excuse to be consistently careless with orders. It’s becoming a real issue, and they need to get it together and start paying attention to the details, like the ice level we ask for. im tired of spending my money and getting 5 sips out the damn cup. idc if its half price or not😂
