- MTMelissa TinsleyDec 2, 20251.0I ordered 2 cheeseburger combos and 1 chicken sandwich combo, 2 dr. Peppers and a coke, and a salad. I received 3 cold cheeseburgers and fries. This is the 3rd visit I had there. I was charged for a chicken club i did not get I am from arkansas and its a trip there just to get cold food that I did not order. Its a shame they cant get orders right. I think I will make the longer trip to a different wendys from now on. When I called to tell them they made a mistake, they were very very rude. Why are these people employed in public?

My wife gets back with the order and my sweet tea doesn't have a single lemon wedge in it and it takes like lemonade which I hate lemonade. I called and asked why they put lemonade in it and not lemon wedges with sweet tea the lady blamed the fountain tea and said that's what it takes like now since they can't brew their own tea, I said I doubt it bc it takes like someone put lemonade in it and asked do they not have lemon to put into the tea and she went on to asking for me to come up their to replace it I hung up bc it's clear they can't make sweet tea with lemon wedges in it. Food was great but I wasted probably like 3 bucks on the drink and got told the tea just tastes like that now which I know is a lie someone put some lemonade in it. I would've put another star or 2 but I dont stand being lied to
