- PFPhil FordOct 6, 20252.0Ordered ahead, 3 drinks only. Arrive, put in spot number and waited. After 15 minutes, the screen with my name on it said our order was delivered and went off. I waited 5 more minutes, pushed the red button to let them know we had not received our drinks. They said our order would be right out. 5 minutes later and our drinks were delivered. This was for soda! They reset the timer so it doesn't look bad on them. Terrible customer service. If the tracker doesn't mean anything to the company, why use it at all.
