I'm really frustrated with the Sonic in this town constantly messing up our mobile orders, especially when we specifically ask for "light ice." Every single time, it’s like they just ignore that request and fill the cup halfway with ice, leaving hardly any room for the actual drink. It’s honestly a waste, and I’m tired of having to deal with it. I get that kids might be working there, but that’s not an excuse to be consistently careless with orders. It’s becoming a real issue, and they need to get it together and start paying attention to the details, like the ice level we ask for. im tired of spending my money and getting 5 sips out the damn cup. idc if its half price or not😂

8 to 10 feral cats running around. Food order was not correct, cold food, and I got food poisoning off there meal.😡

Ordered ahead, 3 drinks only. Arrive, put in spot number and waited. After 15 minutes, the screen with my name on it said our order was delivered and went off. I waited 5 more minutes, pushed the red button to let them know we had not received our drinks. They said our order would be right out. 5 minutes later and our drinks were delivered. This was for soda! They reset the timer so it doesn't look bad on them. Terrible customer service. If the tracker doesn't mean anything to the company, why use it at all.
