When I ask for things to be cooked to order, I usually get items that are very fresh, but definitely not cooked to order. “Cooked to order” means you make it specifically for me. I keep getting fries that, while fresh enough that I don’t feel upset about it, are still not cooked to order. I know it’s probably not a big deal to some people, but I live about 10 minutes from this McDonald’s. I’d rather not have to have a full-blown conversation explaining that I actually mean for them to be dropped fresh so they’ll still be semi-fresh when I get home.
