  Place order over the phone guy charged me twice got mad at me because i told him why is it that im being charged twice , cancelled my order and yelling obnoxiously over the phone like are you serious ? Wont even refynd me and the food is for my pregnant wife

  Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it isn't. The "warranty" they offer on the food is basically 20% off or a free medium pizza. I dont see that as much of an offer when I get a large specialty pizza. So no they won't make it right.

  Placed an order online, but was about 20-30 minutes late picking it up, because I got held up at work. When I arrived, there were several employees behind the counter, working, but none of them so much as said “Hi,” or “Welcome to Domino’s!” I would understand if they were slammed, but they had 3 people actually working, and 4 more just standing around. I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes and no one even attempted to help me. Finally, I said I announced I had a pickup order, one of the staff got it down, and I left. The pizzas weren’t placed in a warmer, so they were cold by the time I got home. I popped them in the oven for about 10 minutes, and they were fine after that. Very disappointed with the level of service I received, especially since they weren’t busy at the time I arrived.

  Ordered 3 pizzas had them delivered 2 were not cut at all anywhere and my barbecue chicken pizza was made wrong. Tried to call was on the phone for 8 mins I finally hung up, my wife called got put on hold for even longer, she finally went to the app reported it was wrong on the app and all dominos offered was a free medium 2 topping pizza which didn't cover the speciality pizza that got messed up she finally was able to call again and got a answer from someone complaining about being the only one in the store they got pizza falling out of the oven so they need to put her on hold she interrupted saying her pizza was wrong he said he would make a new one and have it delivered. It's been over a hr since then and nothing. Just sat on the phone another 13 mins to find out it will be here in 10 mins. I don't know what's going on I'm really concerned about if I ever will order from them again. I'm sure my food will be cold when it gets here if yall could fix it or make it right I'll remove my review and not call the BBB.
