  Every time I come for breakfast they always mess up my order by either just not giving me my breakfast sandwich or just giving me the exact opposite of what i order

  This location has been on a sharp and steady decline since new ownership. Wait time are excessively long and still get cold food. This is not a one time experience. It has become a stain on this town

  I was only able to get ONE OUT OF THREE MEALS out of my mouth before she tells me my total nd goes right to the next side! When we got to the window she had to have her manager fix her sloppiness and thats not fair! Food rating- Fries: they were actually fresh for once and had the perfect amount of salt! Burgers: good and cheese was actually melted this time! Nuggets: ehh they were okay 👍🏼 Sauce: no sweet n sour... 😆 Just a circus every time I end up coming here.

  Really appreciated the staffs help when I messed up my mobile order. Thanks for your patience and trying to help me. And thank you for fast fresh food for the kids! Thank you for a nice experience!

  This McDonald's is consistently bad. The only reason I continue to go on occasion is when my daughter has her heart set on a happy meal and I don't want to travel to a neighboring city. Today she didn't even get her nuggets in her meal! Luckily, I got the $5 meal deal so I gave her my nuggets. The wait time in the drive through is always SUPER long no matter the time of day, and more often than not you are waiting forever just to get cold food. There was one time when they had the crispy strips and my husband ordered that meal. We had to pull around and they told us they were waiting for the strips to come up. The lady that brought it out told us to be careful because the strips were hot. Got home and there were NO strips. I can't even make that up.. there have also been other occasions we've had missing food. We were once given the happy meal to our order and had to pull around and wait 15 more minutes for "fresh" food (the fries were not fresh). Why would they not wait and bring it all out fresh? I guess its fine for kids to not get fresh food as well. They won't mind, right? Anyway, the ONLY reason I gave this location a second star is because the drive through workers are usually very nice. After my daughter's missing nuggets today, I think I'll just make the drive to go to a different location.
