  The last 5 times I’ve ordered from this location my order has been wrong each time. I get a number 1, add cheese which is an up-charge, and every time there has been no cheese. I also get a chocolate shake. I’ve gotten a banana pudding shake and tonight I ordered and got a vanilla shake. They need to work on double checking their orders. I will not be going back after trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times.

  The best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. Alain went above and beyond with our breakfast experience. Food was hot and fresh. He was fast, fun, and friendly! Thank you for making our Whataburger experience exceptional. :)

  Have not tried til now totally surprised was told it was like Burger King not the case at all! Tastes really good and fresh great price for the size of burger ! Onion rings great too

  Came to Whataburger here in Kansas City, and this spot blew me away. I’m from Tucson, so I already know Whataburger—but this location is on another level. Food came out hot, fresh, and made right. Burger was juicy, fries were perfect, everything on point. Big shoutout to the manager Kenia Colunga—you can tell she runs a tight operation. Great leadership, great service, and it shows in the quality. Definitely one of the best Whataburger experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back 💯

  We stopped by the Whataburger on Barry Rd after 9pm with a group of about 15 vendors from Planet Comicon — tired, hungry, and coming in from all over the country. For a lot of them (especially those from up north), finding a Whataburger is basically like stumbling into the promised land. Now, I’m from Texas, so Whataburger isn’t exactly a rare treasure for me. But I’ll say this without hesitation: this location blew away any Whataburger I’ve been to back home — and it was 100% because of the service. The young woman in our picture (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) absolutely crushed it. She was charming, genuinely friendly, and handled a big group of exhausted customers like it was nothing. Not the usual fast-food “going through the motions” kind of service — this was next-level. The kind of interaction that actually makes your night better. Every single one of us walked out talking about how great she was. If someone from management sees this: she’s a star. Truly exceptional.
