  Wendy’s used to be a staple for me back in high school and college, so I went with a Baconator meal and tried the caramel cream Frosty. Total was around $20. The Baconator was a good size, but the taste was disappointing—reminded me of a dry, cafeteria-style burger with little to no seasoning. Fries were hot and slightly crispy but lacked salt. Ranch helped, but on their own they were pretty underwhelming. The highlight was the caramel cream Frosty—smooth, slightly salty, and different from the usual syrupy caramel. Easily the best part of the meal. For the price, though, it’s just not worth it anymore. A Baconator meal pushing $15+ should taste better than this. Maybe it’s a big city thing, but fast food in smaller towns often seems fresher and more consistent. Overall: 2 stars.

  This is a fast food restaurant, I'm not saying it is gourmet, but this may be the best fast food restaurant in Kansas City. This restaurant is about halfway between my home and an area I have to drive to regularly. Whenever I stop here I am usually going through the drive through and I'm in a hurry. They have never gotten an order wrong for me. The food is consistently as good as you can expect from a fast food restaurant, and the staff is always friendly. Also, I don't even worry if there is a line because I know it won't take long, they are always super fast. Just because I point out that it isn't gourmet don't get me wrong, it will probably be the best Wendy's food you have tasted.

  Bad customer service, I asked to pay to add something to mobile order, even as separate payment or cash and told no and that there was a line in drive through so they could not. There was absolutely nobody but me. The drive thru and parking lot was completely empty. Completely dismissed any of my questions

  The guy at the front counter makes me want to spend money there because of his customer service.
