I’ve ordered from this location multiple times through their app so that the order will be ready when I get there, and the order is NEVER ready when I get there, so yesterday, I decided to order 2 hours ahead of time and I scheduled the order for 4:45 pm. When I arrived at exactly 4:45 pm, the order was not ready but I overheard the cashier tell the manager that they gave my nuggets to someone else. Then I sat there waiting for another 10 mins and I was going to also order a soda but no one ever said anything else to me and made no effort to communicate to me what was going on with my order. After several minutes, I figured I’d ask for the soda for free since I had to wait for another 10 mins. The manager told me “no because I wasn’t waiting THAT long” at this point, I forgot that I had heard them say that they gave my nuggets to someone else… and I told the manager that the food should have been ready when I got there and I shouldn’t have had to wait at all… the manager ACTUALLY STARTED ARGUING WITH ME and told me that they don’t make the food until customers arrive. WHAT IS THE POINT IN ORDERING AHEAD ON THE APP IF THEY AREN’T GOING TO MAKE THE FOOD UNTIL YOU ARRIVE?? What is the point in scheduling an order for pick up at a certain time if it’s not going to be ready when I arrive? According to this managers thought process, no one should even bother ordering on the app because they aren’t going to make your order until you get there anyway. She literally said to me, “don’t you want your food to be hot when you arrive?” To which I said… “Um yeah, but that’s why you should have started making it 10 minutes before I arrive.” She also said “what if you don’t show up?” To which I said “then the order is already paid for so that shouldn’t matter” …. She had all of these excuses as to why it’s okay for them to not make the order ahead of time…. Which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. When an order is scheduled for pick up at a certain time, it should be ready at that time! So because she couldn’t just give me a soda that would have cost them 20 cents, I’ve also called corporate to complain as well because waiting to start making the food until the customer arrives 100% defeats the purpose in ordering ahead from the app. I highly doubt that the management of this store checks reviews, but if so, my order number was 1509635772 on 3/31/26 at 4:45 pm.

Everytime I do a mobile order Dine-In in the last year, it is treated as a Carry out. This is particular frustrating because my name is never called and the soda is poured when I want to use the Freestyle fountain machine that allows more options than the app offers.
This place is clean and orderly; it is unfortunate that the neighborhood does have its street people loitering at times.

This is hands down, the most unsantiary restaurant I have been to. My partner and I stopped here for lunch after a 4hr drive and it was discusting. The bathroom hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. There was trash in the urinal, the toilet seat had brown marks, and there was trash everywhere. The lobby wasnt much better with trash all over the floor and most of the tables. Its clear this place hasnt been wiped down or mopped in a while. There was also no music playing at all. The food was decent but the soda was watered down like they hadnt changed the syrup bags. My partner is deathly allergic to pinapple so asked the worker, Elizabeth, if they could make sure there was no cross contamination and she just brushed them off. Whoever is supposed to make sure this location is running properly needs to do a better job.
