  We had a very complex order that they walked through with in spite of ambient confusion. They pretty much got it right (we just forgot the ketchup packets. They're very cool here. Really nice people and very professional. The burgers were excellent!

  So first let me say that my food was cooked fresh and so delicious. But the only issue I had was when I came back to the drive thru window to get my Honey Mustard that I asked for that was not in my bag. And instead of the young lady just say oh I'm sorry I forgot to pit that in there I was told next time you need to drive around back thru the drive thru . As if me backing up when there was no other cars in the drive thru was a problem. When she is the one that forgot to make sure that my order was complete, and closed the window on me with an attitude. Because yes it was apart of my order and on my receipt. Just take accountability. But all and all my good was great service not so much.

  This place continuously gets orders wrong. Called to speak with manager and he cuts me off and rushes to get off the phone. Saying “next time you come in we’ll make that right”. Brother, I ain’t tryna come back. Yall just never gettin my orders correct, constantly leaving stuff out. Only 3 cars in line and I placed a mobile order 5 mins before and I got my food last, being the second person in line. How difficult is it to look at an order that’s right in front of your face and not complete it correctly and timely? Horrible management, horrible service, horrible wait times, staff needs to be drug tested
