    First off the women's restroom door does not latch to securely close it. Then, I ordered a frosty but was unable to order a large due to large being unavailable so had to get medium instead, and even though there's a few employees there I waited 5 minutes for the guy up front to tell me the frosty machine was shut-off so it's going to be a little longer wait...he took a minute to start my order because he was taking another order which is understandable since nobody was assisting him. They don't know team work coincides with customer service because there's no reason why one of the 2 guys which 1 being a manager disappeared to the back and couldn't assist at all. I used to work at a Wendy's and we all jumped around and worked together to get orders completed...so yea not a good look when there's no teamwork going on which takes longer for orders to be completed when they're not even busy at the moment. At the end it took 15 minutes total for a medium chocolate brownie batter swirl frosty. Would definitely not recommend this location unless they get themselves together.

    Me and my family came to Wendy’s ordered a 20 piece nugget meal and another 10 nuggets which cost over $20 we sat in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes while people were walking in and out of the restaurant with handfuls of food and we ended up pulling off.

    My husband and my kids just had the worst experience. They said the employee helping them was not polite. The food came out cold and old. They also said the burgers didn’t taste right. I hope they don’t get sick. We will not be returning.

    Kristina was the host with the most professional attitude. My order was on point and the kitchen hooked up the hot food, no mistakes. My son and I had a great dinner, thx Wendy's!

    Service gets worse every time I come here. Very unfortunate because I hate McDonalds which is next door but at this point I might go back to the Arches!
