  Guy working behind the counter has very passive aggressive attitude. Smoothie was ok but the service is sub par by far.

  Would love to leave it 5 stars. Because when I actually get an order from here. It’s really good. However. The one thing I get for breakfast here. Is never in stock. I only come here because it’s right by my job. I’d have to drive 15 minutes out of my way to another one. This specific location hardly ever has the contents needed to make the peanut butter crunch flatbread. Or bowl. I don’t know if it’s a lack of caring on management to order the correct amount of things to sustain weekly products. Or what it is. But I’m don’t wasting my time at this location. Unfortunately I only do breakfast at this place. And again. I’m not going to drive 15-20 minutes out of my way to go to another location that never has a problem having the contents to make what I order.

  I ordered 1 wrap & smoothie combo and a fruit acui bowl on my way to work. After getting to work I checked my food to eat a bite and saw my wrap was made wrong. I put it away in the fridge and returned a little over 2 hours later with the food to have it remade. I was told since I didn’t came back immediately I couldn’t have my food remade or refunded. Apparently 2 hours is too long after picking up your order is too long. And when asked why the worker said it’s how his store does it. When asked for the corporate phone number he didn’t want to give it to me only wanted to eventually give me their stores phone number. The worker said his name is Austin and he was the manager and he would be the only employee working at the store over the next 3-4 days. So basically if I call the store he will be the only one I can talk to and he won’t be fixing my problem or have me talk to anyone else or his manager. This experience was so weird and rude on the worker Austin’s end. Not great service at all.

  Those blenders at crazy broken! You should definitely invest in new ones to better your customer and workers experience. They are a distraction to the vibes. I’m taking to you Matt👀 I planned to dine in but those blenders made it impossible for me to eat in peace. The customer service was amazing though the nice young lady was very fast and friendly. She apologized for the blender’s disturbance and wished me a good night.
