  The lady in there trying to make us order online and she was rude when we did not and mind you we don’t mind waiting

  I order kike 3 or 4 smoothies a day everyday for 5 days and sometimes they or good and sometimes they or nasty and everytime I try to contact the supervisor to let her know I never get a response back or a call back you would think me spending over 200 dollars a week on food and smoothies they would get it together... Just like today I decided to order from the North Kansas City location the young lady Dana try to blame it on door dash when door dash didn't make the order they only delivered it..last week I spoke to a young man name Jah about my bad smoothie and he stated he would let a manager know still nothing was resolved that was a waste of 37 dollars my smoothie was nasty no taste tasted water down the young lady try to make excuses they just didn't care so I guess I will be taking my hard earn money somewhere else

  I am a weekly customer at tropical smoothie. Never had any issues until I moved and started coming to this location. Since changing locations, every single order I have gotten has been messed up. One delivery was missing items. I contacted their customer service email and was promised a solution, but it's been over a month with no updates and no solution. I have followed up several times and still nothing. My next order was over $60 and included 5 smoothies. All but one were made incorrectly and due to severe allergies in the group, some of the smoothies had to be trashed. I've reached out for a resolution on this as well, but they don't seem to care about customer satisfaction at this company. After a $100 loss on their products, I wouldn't recommend this location to anybody.

  I paid $17.49 for a small smoothie and Dragon Fruit Bowl that has freezer burn!!! It was not freshly made! And I got all the way to work and had to let the bowl literally defrost!!!! There was no one at the front of the counter I had to wait for the woman to surface from the back of the store. I definitely left a review and actually want a refund!!!
