  Took 15 minutes to receive my small order while they weren't even very busy. Glass barrier at the ordering counter, and no ability to order with the app makes this place a hard pass

  To bad there is not negative stars because this place is trash wanted a soft taco nope the tortillas are all froze .went to restroom absolutely filthy.there extremely slow I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

  I do not usually review fast food places but this is the BEST Taco Bell in KC and, dare I say it, better than ones I have gone to in Johnson County. Quite frankly, I didn’t think I liked Taco Bell and would only go, begrudgingly, if a friend or family member insisted. Several months ago, we went to this one after leaving the Plaza late in the evening. I was so impressed by the quality of the food that I have gone out of my way to go there just to get their version of the seven layer burrito.
