  Hey taco bell are you missing something? Trying to make someone choke or catch a disease? When I called initially I was hung up on. Then the person who supposedly said they were manager which you can tell was not a manager. Just said "oh sorry". Nothing else. Not looking for free food. To have no regard for someone's health and safety. That's a HUGE liability! How does this pass through employees without being seen? Negligence!!! I am horrified, this could have severely injured or killed my child!!

  This is the most terrible Taco Bell location in all of Kansas City area. I live really close and when I try to place my order they’re always out of Baja blast they’re always out of potatoes and they’re always out of tomatoes. This has been going on for a couple years you would think management would understand how to make a correct weekly order or daily order. I don’t know how often you receive trucks. I also noticed there is new signs up saying no phone zone for the workers so you have enough energy to make up some laminated signs to keep your workers off of the phone but you ain’t got enough energy to place a order, correct. Listen, it ain’t hard order more of the Baja blast order more potatoes and tomatoes because you guys are always slacking.

  Every single time I come to this place they miss something. either the order is done wrong or missing items. really sucks as I work by here and it was nice to pick up on the occasion.

  Messed up my order three days in a row and acted like I was the problem when I came back there to get what I ordered. I don't know how you can possibly explain that except everyone in there is just rude and doesn't care enough to do their job.
