I watched employees wiped their noses with their gloved hands while they were making food! They had horrible service and order was wrong!!! It was such a disappointment because we never do this splurge and we just thought it might be fun and it ended up being a horrible experience.

She was fun and interactive with our silliness in the drive thru at 230am! She had us laughing so much that my cheeks hurt and definitely made our NIGHT! She deserves a raise for sure!!! That was THE BEST Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had!

Guy on the speaker tells me I need to come inside to pick it up. What’s the point? Just to irritate and annoy customers? Reading through these reviews, I was apparently not the only person they do this to. Food was old and soggy. Disgusting. Won’t be back.
