- AGA GMay 12, 20251.0Decided to spend the day after Mother’s Day walking around with my dog and thought it would be a nice lunch to order subway on our walk and then walk it home. I arrived to subway and no worker was in the lobby, I found the smallest cup and began to fill it with water for myself and my dog. I finally see a worker come out from around the corner and she sees me with this small cup and ask me if I just took it. I said yes I did I just filled it with water though and I had an online order. She then reads the order and sees I didn’t purchase a water. PAY for a water cup? I said oh I’m sorry this was the smallest cup I saw I would love a water cup instead. She says no we don’t offer water cups. That’s the cup you get but you must pay $1.60 for it. For a water? Scam company. They’re obviously trying to “not offer” water cups to then in turn force people to pay two dollars for a water AFTER I spent $13 on a most likely mediocre sandwich and I’m drenched in sweat from the heat. Hope their profits soar LOL treating people like that over water is insanity. Never again
