  Dude in there needs to learn to speak up could barely hear him. Wouldn’t just make the sandwich I ordered like me asking him for double meat on my sub was too much for him to handle. I don’t plan on going back to this location anytime soon.

  We frequent this location often. Today (3/22), Johnny and the other gentleman (didn’t catch his name) provided fast and friendly service. There is one girl who works who often has a bad attitude. I understand, she is often working alone but she’s not very pleasant to customers. The food quality is always good and fresh!

  Do the sauces come out of the employees paychecks here?!? Seriously! I ask for extra sauce and several sauces on every sub and barely get anything every time. I know I probably want more than most, but I put extra and barely get a light serving. This last time, I added SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS to put a lot on and got maybe slightly above average. I should be able to put in a pickup order without having to double check or end up at work with a sandwich I don't care for. Sincerely annoying.

  Hi I am an avid lover of Subway don't get me wrong I have been to many a store and love the experience but the one in Westport is by far the worst one I've ever been to it took them so long to make a sandwich and on top of that they looked at me like I was nuts for trying to start a conversation like for real I don't even know if the management even trains people properly before putting them on the line you could have fooled me in that maybe they should focus more on having a warmer demeanor and a lot less discriminatory and cold one then they might actually be better employed and better customer rating but anyway I love Subway but this store seriously does need to be reviewed and need to be updated on how to treat people
