  Rob was super nice and funny, he treated us very well and made the sandwiches perfectly. The sandwiches also tasted great!

  There are 2 co workers in there that I love dearly. Hailey and Demitra (I hope I've spelled her name right). Hailey ALWAYS. ALWAYS makes my sandwiches with love! If I don't see her I honestly turn around and wait until she's in there. Demitra, her customer services skills and sandwich skills are also on 10!

  Sweet onion chicken sandwich was great and it's less then 5 mins from work so very convenient. Placed an order on the app. Went in and waited until there were no more customers in line and said I had an order from the app, knowing my pickup time hasn't hit. I was rudely informed by the person making the sandwiches You're too early, it just came in. I thought but didn't say, well there's no one else in line. It had been 8 minutes at that point, but ok. Someone else came in so I stepped out of the way and just waited off the the side. I got another snarky remark as they began making the sandwitxh with no one in line. Another pickup order came in and it was bagged in the back and they were pleasant to them. Not sure why they had a bad day, but was disappointed.

  The guy with the ponytail and tattoos needs recognition. He had a full lobby and no help. He mentioned he works all day tomorrow with no one else since they all called in. He was calm and confident and didn’t seem to worry. He acknowledged everyone who walked in and answered the phone all while having a good happy attitude. Subway needs to do better in providing more help for the people who show up.
