  Ever since Sonic has added their smash burgers you quite literally get Angus beef smashburgers the kind of burgers you would get at a pub at your local fast food restaurant this is not like any other restaurant is doing this burger tastes so freaking delicious and it's cheaper than McDonald's is freaking l quarter pounder which in no way shape or form will ever beat this smashburger this smashburger literally is better than some restaurant and pubs in Kansas City honestly it's it's starting it tastes better to me than freaking town topic at this point like guys get you a double smasher or a triple smasher without the smasher sauce add extra grilled onions and I promise you that burger is going to taste just as good as freaking town topic

  My stop at Sonic Drive-In was pure fast-food nostalgia. Ordering from the car and waiting for the tray to arrive just feels fun. The burger was solid, the tater tots crispy, and the slush drink hit perfectly on a hot day. It’s not gourmet, but it’s a classic drive-in experience that never really goes out of style.

  The Manager who refused to give her Name and Food. Clearly she can’t handle her job. It was a busy Saturday night. I sat at a Sonic Stall - Doordashing. (30+ minutes) Just for her to finally say “ I’m busy” After the 30 minutes of waiting already. Couldn’t get a single response from the Red button I pushed. Ignored the DoorDasher and took everyone else orders. Cussed me out. Even the cook knew her behavior was unacceptable. I’ll be contacting cooperate. Once i expressed frustration she then threw away my order. Wasted my time while doordashing, “ Paid by the Hour” . So I made no money that hour. Then she had the nerve to report me to DoorDash? When she refused to give me my food.

  Dear Sonic Corporate Customer Service, I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at your Sonic location at 4200 Independence Ave. Last night around 12 AM, I drove approximately 15 minutes to that location specifically to purchase Sonic Blast ice cream. After arriving, I waited nearly 15 additional minutes just to place my order. I was then told that the ice cream machine was down. Based on that information, I left and drove about 3 miles away. Shortly afterward, my wife noticed that DoorDash was still accepting orders from the same location. To verify, I placed the exact same order through DoorDash, and it was prepared and ready within 2 minutes. When I returned to pick it up, I asked why I had been told the machine was down. The employee then stated that they only serve DoorDash orders late at night — which directly contradicts what I was originally told. I drove 15 minutes, waited another 15 minutes, and was misinformed. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating. Customers deserve honesty and equal service, regardless of whether they order in person or through a delivery platform. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.
