I won’t be back at this store ever again, I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. We had placed an order through the app, two combos and a pretzel, and waited for their third party driver to drop off the food. When we received the food, not only was the order wrong but there was no safety seal on the bag of food, which meant our driver could’ve messed with our food or taken something.
When we realized the order was wrong, we tried for twenty minutes straight to call the store before they finally answered. Even though the order was not placed through the third party, the store would not put through a reorder, claiming that we would either need to go through the third party or go to the store to pick up the order which totally negates the point of putting in a delivery order.
After calling the third party delivery we were told to again call the store and have them contact the third party since once again they were not answering the phone. So again we try calling the store. At this point the frustration is building, there’s no reason that any phone call should last 40 minutes to an hour over a meal. We spent that long trying to contact the store while trying to find a ride to the store. And with every phone call it would end in ‘user busy’ instead of any ‘call back’ or voicemail option, As far as I could tell they had the phone off the receiver or something like that to avoid answering phone calls. Most likely because they know how badly they mess up each order and don’t want to refund or rectify any of the orders they screw up.
When I arrive at the store I go to the walk up menu and wait for them to answer. Once they answer I tell them I needed the messed up delivery order and gave the name. The girl with black hair and a piercing who came out was incredibly rude the entire time. She came out with a small bag of food and I asked for a partial refund for the delivery since we had to drive all the way down to the store when we never intended to leave the house due to the rain and physical pain. She went inside for maybe ten seconds before coming back out claiming their manager, an older woman with longish greying hair, said they couldn’t refund and to go through the third party.
When I frustratedly say ok and walk back to the car while checking to make sure my order was right, I hear the black haired girl laugh while saying “She’s so pissed!” Laughing at the fact that I was rightfully upset about not only getting the wrong order but barely getting a response. Then when I saw the order was missing two items (also our drinks but I couldn’t even be bothered to ask for them, knowing at this point they’d mess up the drinks or even spit in it they seem that rude and spiteful) fries and tots, I went to ask for the rest of our order and they ignored me. They kept glancing at me and then going back to whatever busy work they could do in order to not deal with me.
I get dealing with frustrated customers is upsetting, I also work in the food industry and have my entire time I’ve been working. But you have to be accountable for your actions, you can’t be rude to customers, laugh in their faces about them being upset, and consistently mess up orders. I went looking through the reviews to see if anyone has had this experience or if maybe they were just having a bad night, but after a handful of reviews I can tell that this store is just staffed with some of the most rude and entitled employees that you could find. I would be ashamed run a store with employees this rude and managers that don’t care about how their employees treat the people they serve. This was truly an awful experience.

Normally I haven’t had issues at this sonic, but tonight was the absolute worst experience. I’ve sat here ringing the phone for over 40 minutes straight trying to talk to someone. It took over 20 minutes the first time to try to talk to someone.
I ordered through the website, and delivered by doordash. The wrong food and drinks arrived, as if I just got the wrong persons order. The first contact took over 20 minutes and 8 phone call attempts to someone to finally pick up- Just to be told that I need to contact Doordash even though I never even ordered through them or come in store and get it myself.
When finally contacting Doordash support, they informed me they couldn’t contact the store and that I would have to call them again to get any kind of refund or redelivery.
As a service worker myself, I try my best to be understanding and patient but this is honestly ridiculous. I shouldn’t be spending my money on places that won’t even give me slight human contact from a mistake on their part.
Depending on how this gets resolved I likely will not be ordering online here for a long while to see if things can get in order. If its being understaffed, un-trained, or just plain incompetence this was awful service.

Got only HALF of my order by going out and getting the food ourselves. They didnt give us our drinks, tots, or fries. When we continued to try to call them to let them know what Doordash said and that we would just come get it ourselves at this point. Still no answer in the hour of us planning and trying to get there. They picker up the phone at one point just to immediately hang up on us.
I spent almost $40 on food and delivery fees/tip to get there completely wrong order, have to get a friend drive me there, and pick up not even half of the order myself. I will be reaching out to corporate. I want a refund and to never come back. The employees there are rude and unprofessional and didnt try to help at all.
SECOND EDIT:
Literally just unwrapped my burger. This is the amount of bacon I paid almost $2 to add to my burger. To the employee who said to their coworkers that my partner is “so pissed” after picking up our food- Of course we are upset. No one answer our calls, no one was helpful or concerned. Picture added of the pinky sized bacon I got.

The employees need better training. There’s no reason for service to be lacking to this level.
I’ve come here a few times recently because my hospital is nearby.
I’m not sure if it’s worth it to come back though. It’s one thing to have a problem here and there. But the only thing that is consistent at this location is inconsistent service & products.
Today I ordered a chili cheese coney & strawberry limeade. The bun was fully broken on the other side so it wasn’t something I could pick up and eat. Everything immediately fell out of it.
The drink wasn’t made properly at all. The left all the purée on the bottom & then added sprite. I’m not sure if there was any lime flavoring added but it tasted like plain sprite with strawberry purée only at the very bottom of the cup. I almost threw up getting nothing but purée the first sip. I have texture issues & it was instant sensory overload.
Please consider your patrons. Train more effectively & please pay your workers a livable wage.
