- NBN BMar 17, 20261.0I placed a scheduled delivery order that was supposed to arrive at 5:45 PM. Not only was the order late, but the wrong items were delivered. I ordered two large pizzas, but the DoorDash driver delivered a single medium New York-style pizza instead. I attempted to call the store directly to resolve the issue but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes before eventually giving up. I then contacted the customer service line and requested that they forward my complaint to the store, as no one was answering the phone there. I expect a full refund for this incorrect and late order. I’m sorry Kamesha, your order was incorrectly delivered to me.
