  Brand new McDonald's and their fountain machine is already broken so not serving drinks tonight. Then the young kid taking orders in the drive through lane flips me off when I drove by. Now that's great service!!!

  This order your own food. Then no service. Just get what you get. I know they are all going to this but some are worse then others.

  Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes got no response after saying hello multiple times then pulled up to the window and had multiple employees look at me and walk past one of which was a manager walking back and forth refusing to help me

  I tried the Arc Burger at McDonald’s today and was honestly really impressed. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor. I even took a video of it because it felt like something the CEO of McDonald’s should see, as I interpreted him in the video like everyone else in the world, and this is how a burger should be done. The sauce was delicious and really tied everything together. The crispy onions were super crispy, adding great texture and flavor. Even the bun stood out. It had poppy seeds and was actually really tasty, which surprised me because buns are usually forgettable. To be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of McDonald’s burgers in the past, but this one completely changed my mind. This was a really solid burger from top to bottom. If this is the direction McDonald’s is going with their burgers, they’re definitely on the right track. Service lacked due to no personal touch even after opening the door for engagement.

  Coke tasted fine, Dr. pepper and Diet Coke tasted like a cleaning agent and super super fizzy. Normally, I don’t leave reviews for silly things but this keeps happening! It’s so frustrating when I spend so much money on “fast food”and the result is I can’t even get a good drink. We love their fries but it was salt with a side of fries. Yes, I know. I chose to get their food but come on 😫 I need one day to rest from being a mom and McDonalds is supposed to be my safe place 😅 We spend over 200$ monthly on our large family and the drinks are not right yet! McDonald’s please fix your drinks. I need a good Diet Coke that won’t kill me. My family needs you to step it up at this location. I don’t want to go back to the farther one that has limp fries but good drinks! Yes, this location is new and yes it seems short staffed. But, the food and drinks you are known for need to be on point! I literally wasted 60$ tonight for 3 of your “product burgers” and 12 chicken nuggets (that may have been sitting for hours). Fix it!!! Please 😭
