  The customer service was grate very polite the service was quick and the restaurant looked very clean and also the food temp was wonderful!!

  The last 2 times I have attempted to get food here I have been screwed. They took my money and didn't give me what I ordered. The first time the people were like "ope nothing we could do" and second time I ordered delivery and the driver had to call me and tell me that they were not going to fulfill my order with no way to get my money back.

  It's mcdonalds so start there. It was quick service but I swear the burger looked pink and they forgot a whole 4 piece nuggets. Didn't bother with it bc there was an altercation happening in the drive thru. Probably will not ever return to this location. The one on wornall is much better and safer feeling.

  I dont understand what i did to piss off whoever was taking orders, but after she asked what i wanted, i listed my order. And i didnt hear super clearly but i think she said something like "Hang on, i wasnt ready for that". And then she swapped to the other drive thru speaker and proceeded to take 2 other orders. That made me mad, so i left. I just wanted some nuggets and fries man.
