I needed to get something to eat very fast we went through the drive-thru and got me a $5 bag with text it was 5:55 and we were in and out within 5 minutes

I don't know what the heck is going on there but I had 2 arch meals and a McChicken meal, 10 pc chicken nugget and a fish sandwich . Arch meals were quarter pounder no cheese. . Fries were cold and the McChicken meal had no nuggets. No sauce for the nuggets. I ordered online. No reason for this to happen. So it's been a very busy day and was looking forward to this meal. Thanks a lot mcdonalds. I guess I'll drink my drink. Oh, nope it's the wrong ones. 😡

I visited yesterday around 3:40 AM, before breakfast hours began. The employee at the back window declined to take my order even though it was still regular menu time. Other staff members indicated they would take my order, but the manager at the window was dismissive and unhelpful. I hope this issue can be addressed, as experiences like this discourage customers from returning.

I came to this McDonalds on Prospect at 7:04 pm on my lunch break and was greeted with straight rudeness.He didn’t welcome me or ask for a code and flat out asked “what can I do for you?” I asked the young man is that how he talks/greets people and he straight up laughed!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been here a few times because of the convenience after picking my daughter up from school. I've had my last time dealing with that location. multiple times I've had to park because my order wasn't ready. every time my order was given to someone else and I was treated like I hadn't ordered at all. This last time I was told that if I didn't produce a receipt, I couldn't receive my order, which I didn't get because I didn't expect to be moved out of the line. I had to go in the store and produce my banking statement showing I ordered there. I asked for a refund which still hasn't shown up in my account. That location is lazy and unprofessional. Don't go there.
