Just spent $29.53 on two meals and a 4 piece nugget. Did not get the nuggets and food was stone cold. Two employees playing around in drive thru window and not working. Burger was dry and cold. Definitely not made to order. Tried to call the store and of course no answer. Because why answer the phone when you pre cook all the food and have all the time in the world to play in the drive thru. Will never be back!

I honestly probably will never return to The 13601 Madison location and at this point maybe I should just cancel Wendy’s altogether .I spent over $30 on food for my children, got 1 mile down the road only to taste my fries and they were room temperature!! not even a little warm!! This is the same EXACT reason I quit patronizing the BANNISTER RD location. Food always cold, and subpar.
Customers should be able to receive hot food, not food that has been sitting under a warmer for hours at a time and not food that is room temperature or cold to the touch. I was extremely dissatisfied and so were my children. What a waste of money.
