The store smelled of old grease. The floors were so greasy your feet would slide. We also weren't acknowledged and decided if the dining area was this filthy we sure didn't want to eat anything from the kitchen

Made us stand at the counter for five minutes.
Went to go to the bathroom, employee was sitting on the sink taking his break.
Came back, employees ingore us for a while, call someone who enters and takes our order, ask for lettuce wrap, NO lettuce, on a bun, asked for no ketchup, EXTRA ketchup, tomato is bigger than the burger, employees completely ingored us when asked if it could be fixed. Floors were sticky.

Stopped in for a quick bite, and was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was spotless, the restroom required a pass code and was equally immaculate. I had the chicken strip meal and everything I received was fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff was very cordial also. Fantastic experience!
