  This place continuously gets orders wrong. Called to speak with manager and he cuts me off and rushes to get off the phone. Saying “next time you come in we’ll make that right”. Brother, I ain’t tryna come back. Yall just never gettin my orders correct, constantly leaving stuff out. Only 3 cars in line and I placed a mobile order 5 mins before and I got my food last, being the second person in line. How difficult is it to look at an order that’s right in front of your face and not complete it correctly and timely? Horrible management, horrible service, horrible wait times, staff needs to be drug tested

  Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ordered the $6 biggie bag got the double stack with extra pickles the extra pickles entailed one extra pickle so there were two on there instead of one the fries were cold the chicken nuggets were cold my drink was filled 3/4 of the way up oh and it was 40 cents extra for a lemonade that tasted like someone stirred it up with their feet... I asked for barbecue and no onion at the speaker and lo and behold they forgot the barbecue and there was onion on my burger when I opened it...I asked her for barbecue at the window and she looked at me like I was asking her for a million dollars. They have one job working at Wendy's they knew what they were doing when they took the job if they don't like the job they should leave the job and find another job rather than be rude to customers who are basically contributing to their paychecks. Hardee's just went under in our area... I think Wendy's is next. To the franchise or corporate owner who reads this you need to do some serious training with your people on the ABCs of getting a fresh Burger and friendly service to your customer base who do nothing except try to order some fresh food from your drive-thru. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never go here again.

  The food was warm, but looked manhandled. The window person was definitely unhappy.....borderline rude taking our order and not any better when we picked up our food.
