    Chanel made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. Her customer service was top-tier, and the entire experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back. She is an amazing employee and truly deserves a raise!

    The service was quick and the fries were the best I've had at a fast food place in a long while. The staff was friendly and seemed like they were happy to be there. I will definitely go back to this Wendy's specifically, when I'm in the area.

    After repeating my order back to me they still got the burger wrong. The fries were old and way salty. I ordered matching and light onions about and they had cheese and mustard on it too. Yuck!!!

    My daughter and I decided to go to Wendy's and pick up something for dinner we put in an order online to pick up in drive through after checking in with the young man working the drive through he told us he wasn't seeing our order in the system we showed him the phone with the order confirmation number he asked us to pull into the mobile order spot and they would bring it to us soon as it's ready we sat in the car for 15 minutes and nothing except seeing the workers inside scrolling through there cell phones manager included finally I went into the lobby and get told they still don't see our order so finally they offer to make our order if we tell them what we ordered after finally getting the food got home and figured out they forgot my fries there was absolutely no one else in the restaurant besides staff. Not one apology for the lack of service

    Ive been waiting for my food for 20min. Shes asked me 3 times now what I ordered. It was a #3. The first time she brought the wrong food and I told her 3 more times I had a #3. She came back and asked what I had? What is going on!?
