Ordered online and to pickup in store. 12 mins after ordering, I got to the store and they didnt even have my order despite the app saying they got it and I can go pickup. I also ordered with the offer of free 6 piece nuggets with purchase of another item. I ordered a combo that includes fries and nuggets but didn't check the bag til I got home and noticed I didn't receive the free nuggets as ordered on the app. Will try and get corporate to reinstate that offer on my app as I didnt get it.

this store specifically makes wendys look bad as a whole. wendys do a lot of advertising quality and freshness but literally not one time that ive been to this place my order has been fresh or what i asked for. it got to the point my family & i would drive to the one in grandview. its really annoying. i get the location and everything but this is peoples hard earn money they bring to this place and yall get paid to do yall job daily its so simple smh

No Idea why Wendy's would have such a toxic employee working drive thur. according to this employee she stated that Wendy's does not give cream or sugar with the coffee. The sack of food was tossed at me. It seems like everything was an inconvenience to her. Won't be back. Wendy's should really think twice about whom they choose to be that face of their company.
