I used to put up with this place because it was so close to my work, but I'm done.

I proceeded to the drive-thru window to ask for the store number (not the address or phone number), but the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. While sitting in my car for a few minutes to look up the store information, an employee later mentioned that the machine was working again. By that point, I had already decided to leave. The overall lack of communication and professionalism made for a very disappointing experience, especially given that I arrived before closing time.
