    I placed my drive thru order at 9:20am. They lost my order and finally at 9:50am they found my order. It was sitting on the counter!!!! So it was cold! No offer to get a new sandwich or anything. No time to wait for a fresh sandwich. Horrible Service and just made excuses but no solutions.

    Wish it was possible for a no star review. Service is horrible, Manager is worse. 40 minutes in the drive through for food. Seen wrapped burgers sitting on the back of the fry warmer "staying warm". Manager told the employee to put two bags of food that was sitting on the counter for atleast 10 minues for other customers who recieved wrong food for a mobile order. Won't go back there again.

    Quite possibly the worst Wendys/fast food restaurant I've ever been through. This has CONSISTENTLY been a terrible experience from the order just being plain wrong to waiting at the drive thru lane for 20 minutes without a single car in front of me. This legitimately needs an overhaul. Its FRUSTRATING coming here.

    Pulled up to the drive-thru. Sign on speaker stating they were having issues with their “speaker” so to let them know you have arrived. So I tapped my horn. No response. So I have to assume speaker system is down as stated, so I pulled up to the window to let them know I arrived and to order. Would not take my order at the window. Due to being against their policy. Was told I have to drive back around to the speaker to order. Told the lady at the window I had already did that with no response when I tapped my horn. Was told they hear everything so apparently tapping the horn wasn’t the proper way of letting them know I arrived. Guessing there must be a lot of people tapping their horns in the area so when they hear a horn it must just be normal noises in the drive thru. Unfortunately there was not instructions on their sign on how to let them know someone had arrived that was acceptable to them. Would have been helpful. Maybe reword your sign to let the customers know the speaker is fine that the sensor alerting them you have pulled up is the issue and just say “hello” to alert them. Asked for a manager after multiple request to take my order. Lady I spoke to at the window stated she was the manager. Told her I will not bring driving back around. Not sure what happened with customer service especially when their own systems or lack of properly worded signage was the issue. Good thing there is a McDonalds literally a block away. Prefer Wendy’s over McDonalds, but not enough to go back to that location that is literally a few minutes from home At least for awhile, hope it’s not years as last time. Very unfortunate since that location seemed to have gotten their location back to standards the last 3 years. Because the first few years living in the area it was a place you stopped even attempting to go there due to so many issues. Will miss you Wendy’s.
