Food was alright but they didn’t get any order correct. Along with the food was still cold when I pulled it out the bag. The person taking my order didn’t put anything I said on my order and just put whatever she wanted.

Wanted to charge me extra for sauce after having to wait and back up to remind them the had me waiting. “Manger” came to argue with me instead of apologizing for the wait. I was able to reverse from the area I was asked to wait because it was so empty there! I was profiled and rudely handled after spending of $30 for meals. The meals was all thrown in one bag and handed to me like garbage. After I asked for a refund I had the glass door slammed in my face.
No respect for consumer… no deescalation… no apologies… had to call the police and hold other consumers up because the MANGER wanted to be in control but not own her Trash customer service. Other employees encouraging each other trifling customer service instead of trying to rectify the situation.
The police made them issue my refund. As a home and business owner I will make it my mission to never recommend until she apologizes.
