  On 1.30.26- 6:30pm-I have to say the lady who took my order over the intercom was rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there (Danielle) was the name on the receipt. There was a young girl with red dreads who just got there to work didn't even have time to put her coat and purse away and the guy on shift put the headset on her head and made her get an order ready and she didn't even have time to figure out what was going on She was the sweetest and nicest person that was there. She apologized and she made sure all of our food was right. Honestly if it wasn't for her, I would not go back or recommend this place due to the rude customer service from the other lady. That girl needs a raise and the other employees need to take notes on how to treat a customer. I've worked in the food industry before and I have never talked to customer the way that lady did.

  Ordered a double stack no ketchup, I received a double stack with only ketchup. Ordered 2 biggie bags at 10:30 pm a few nights ago and it looked like the meat was cooked at 10:30 am, meat was hard, cold and unedible as we're the nuggets cold, hard and unedible....thank you for wasting my time and money.

  I ordered $15 worth of food from this location and they will not even give me one sauce. They proceed to tell me that I have to pay for any sauce that I want that corporate has told them they cannot give out any sauces for free so I was charged $.54 for two honey mustard after paying $15 for my meal a three sandwich sandwiches fries drinks all kinds of stuff and I can’t get a single sauce for free. What a joke $1 million corporation and you can’t give out a sauce with your meal. The lady that took my order and Charged me $.54 for my honey mustard was Lingling. I feel at the end of the day. She probably clears all those from the order list and put the money in her pocket.. why else would I not be allowed any sauce with my meal!!!!!!!!!!! Says add photos

  This location has very poor service. Dining in was difficult because they ignore you and delay taking your order. I ordered two salads that were made with older lettuce and took forever since they were focused on the drive thru.

  Ordered a salad they didn't have that one available and wouldn't make one. Asked for 1 extra bbq sauce and tried to charge me 54 cents. Poor experience overall.
