After 40 minutes past the intended delivery time, the driver texted that he did not have the order in his app. When I called the store, the employees hung up on me right away multiple times.

I've traveled all over the United States, this is the worst Taco bell I've ever been to. This location doesn't allow customers to use restrooms

This location does get extremely busy, especially on the weekends. Which can result in a higher wait time. Just be understanding of that. Food is fresh and hot as long as you listen for your name to be called. Large variety of alcohol options. Friendly staff willing to fix any issues with your order and answer any questions you have.

Honestly of all the places in Kansas City I cannot believe they would locate a franchise Taco Bell Cantina in the Westport area because despite the costumers there are still a hand full of complaints coming from unsatisfied people…..
This one of few of many other employees have some nerve to tell me who is banned and who isn’t banned KCPD and other security don’t care but I swear if I looked like that and worked at a place like this I’d be miserable too but thank God I’m not this guy 😆
