It happens, NBD, but some guy in the back kept yelling to please be patient to the entire lobby (nobody was bothering them?) & then when new customers came into to order, they'd tell them to use the Kiosk & when one guy didnt want to, they told him to he had to be patient because they dont have front counter people anymore & they're severely understaffed & doing their best - he went on & on about missing having a front counter staff. All of that could have been ignored.. the frustrating part was somehow our food came out cold? To top it all off, me & my husband ordered 12-13 items, knowing we were taking some home. We overheard the same guy talking about another customers order - "Wow, they ordered THIRTEEN items? They need to just go to the grocery store & not eat fastfood." Woah. Clearly, they don't want your business here.
