  Ordered through TB app for delivery. After an hour of food not showing up, call and get hung up on 3x. Said ordered was stolen and couldn't do anything. Not a good way to run a business. So whoever was your night shift team Thur, feb 26th going into friday morning between the hours of 11pm-12:30 am are rude as hell.

  Ordered food through the Taco Bell app for delivery and after waiting for more than 45 minutes, I called the store to request an update. The staff said the order had been picked up and likely stolen as that happens often. They said I needed to contact DoorDash, even though the order was placed through the Taco Bell app. After going back and forth between the two, door dash will refund the delivery and service fee, but Taco Bell refuses to issue a refund. Taco Bell told me to call at 4pm the next day to speak with Anna. I called at 4pm and 4:30 pm and Anna was not available. I called again at 7:15pm and spoke to the GM. The GM was very rude and said I needed to come in person for a refund, I live 3.5 hours away and was only in town for a concert. Had the staff been competent enough and explained that I would’ve stopped before leaving town. Instead of offering to mail coupons or my refund by check, the only solution was to return to the store - again I am 3.5 hours away. This staff is very rude and clearly does not know how to run a business. I would definitely not recommend even ordering delivery since they don’t even check on who is picking up the order and offer no sensible solutions. I am now out $40.

  Went to this location last night and got two boxes and two fries, when eating the five layer burrito I pulled out a long piece of actual plastic(maybe saran wrap). This is disgusting and unsanitary. When I called this establishment to talk about it, they didn’t even answer the phone. I didn’t trust to even eat the rest of my food, waste of money and time!
