  I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience at this Taco Bell location. (Employee Laura) During my visit, I attempted to redeem a free reward for a Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze. I politely requested to substitute the flavor with the Cookie Freeze for my child, as I do not allow my child to consume soda. I was informed that a flavor substitution was not permitted, despite the items being the same size and price. I accepted this decision and agreed to proceed with the Baja Blast Freeze. However, when I again politely inquired whether the Cookie Freeze could be substituted, an employee who was preparing the beverage was willing to accommodate the request, but the employee taking my order, who identified herself as Laura, intervened and explicitly prohibited the substitution. The most concerning issue occurred when Laura stated that the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze does not contain soda or caffeine and claimed that it is “juice.” This information is factually incorrect. Providing false or misleading information regarding a product particularly when a beverage is intended for a child—is extremely concerning and unacceptable. When I calmly requested her name, Laura became defensive and raised her voice, stating that I could not “write her up.” I remained respectful and did not engage further before leaving. I have frequented this location in the past without issue; however, this incident demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, inaccurate product representation, and poor customer service. I strongly believe this matter should be reviewed by management to ensure employees are properly trained on product information and appropriate customer interaction especially when children are involved. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

  It seems like every time I go to a restaurant.I think i'm going to get something different , but I don't. The young lady that took my order was very patient. She actually made me laugh when I got up to the window.It seems like there are other people that have the same problem that I do. Parking lot was clean. It was a round lunch time , so everyone was busy doing their jobso. I don't believe I've had a bad experience going to this Taco Bell.I like it a lot everyone.There is friendly and that's the big deal.

  This is by far the best Taco Bell I have been to! Every item is made perfect and full!! Never had any problems with this location minus forgetting a fork every once in a while. I recommend this location over any others!
