He was kind and apologized and got everything squared away. Great customer service !

Why do people get into customer service and have no respect at all for no reason. Why are managers allowing their employees to be rude to customers and not make people feel welcomed. Terrible customer service and behavior. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t schedule two employees to run the whole thing and they can’t handle it.
