When I arrived to pick up my order, she didn't greet me, instead asking abruptly what I wanted. I replied, 'Hello, I have a pickup order,' but she asked me to repeat myself. After I reiterated my request with the same words, she instructed me to pull forward. After waiting for the car in front of me to be served and noticing it had left, I pulled up to the window to collect my order. The attendant was initially present but then walked off, returning after a while. When she handed me my food, she asked for my name despite having already started to hand it over. After confirming my name, she shut the window without a word, leaving me feeling disgusted by the poor customer service. I was uncomfortable consuming my food after interacting with the staff at the drive-thru, and I strongly advise against placing employees in a position where they are subjected to poor treatment from customers. It's essential for individuals to find careers that suit them best. While everyone has bad days, it's crucial to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
