  For the second time in a month they have completely removed half the food from the lux box yet the price remains unchanged. This is a change only made at this location, not the franchise as a whole, and leaves me wondering what other "modifications" they've made to the menu to cheap out on their customers.

  Foods great per usual but we waiting inside to pick up an online order and no one would help us. A worker walked up to us looked us in the eyes we started talking and he continued to talk and not even acknowledge that we were sitting there. We had to go through the drive through to get anything.

  I tried to order a drink at the counter and was told I had to use the kiosk. The employee stated "There's no one here to take your order."

  Woman with short hair at the window and her 50s was hella rude and try to rush us through the line without getting small amount of sauce. Petty but true.

  The lady at that the counter is in need for proper customer service training. I always lead with kindness and respect for others. After ordering my food, she basically threw my food on the counter and walk away. I responded with thank you and have a nice day, she didn’t respond instead she laugh with a coworker. People need to do better especially in the times we’re living in
