This is the second time I've dealt with this and took me 3 weeks to get a refund!

I’ve been to this location at least 2 times in the last couple months and I get the same thing (rotisserie style chicken foot-long) and I’ve used my coupons both times. I went yesterday, ordered the same thing I normally do, and when I pulled out the coupon, the associate told me they don’t accept coupons. I explained that I’ve used them before but he just said maybe you were at a different location (I wasn’t) and then said maybe you ordered a different sandwich (I didn’t). I asked if he was sure and he responded with “I’ve been here for 5 years. We don’t accept coupons.”
