- KJKimberly JensenOct 22, 20251.0They said they didnt carry mayo. When I pointed to the bottle labeled “mayo” they picked it up and showed me the empty bottle. So you’re OUT of mayo. Also what kind of subway runs out of mayo?? Pretty sure they just were too lazy to refill it.

I request a refund and they told me they can't handle that in store. The app doesn't handle refunds either so who I I contact? The lady told me to Google it. So they have my money and I have no food. I will dispute this with my credit card company but wow zero customer service. I read online it could be done in store but I think they were being shady.
